Are You Following The Star‚ Or Creating A Dream?
By this I do not mean anything religious. But there are great stars out there in our business‚MLM. They have created this incredible success‚ and we want to be just like them. Whats wrong with this picture?
Let me tell you my story:
I got involved with a group that sounded really great‚ they were getting this incredible success they already had this formula‚ and all I had to do is plug into it and I would be successful too. What I didn’t know was that the majority of them were red personality types.
Well I gave it everything I had I charged ahead and I did it exactly the way they said. The only problem was that I am not a red personality type‚ I am a blue. Reds love to recruit‚ they love to say things like: “Its a numbers game‚ just go get more!” Blue personalities get tired of the relentless push of the reds‚ and they want out! This is no longer fun!
Has this happened to you? There are different business models and some are better than others for certain personality types. It could be critical to why you are not where you thought you’d be.
