Bullies are not just in the school yard
They can be in the business world too
They are everywhere
And I admit I have fallen victim to them more than once..
Here is what you look for
* Name calling
* Belittling
* Any language that makes you feel small or unsure
* Any actions that make you feel small and unsure
* Anytime that you are either being criticized directly or indirectly
* Anytime that someone tends to talk badly about someone when they are not there to defend themselves
* Anytime when someone begins to try to control you
My team will lift you up!
