I have worked with two kinds of people..

The one who realizes they don’t know everything.. are usually teachable..

Sometimes people who have a certain way of doing things. whether it is successful or not.. generally are not teachable..

You will not convince the unteachable to learn..

When they start telling me all about how they have everything they need…

But the evidence says otherwise I do not argue..

I let them go..

But the sincerely teachable are ready..

They see it..

They are tired of failing.. yet their dream still drives them!
